Anyone Wanting A Stacked Layered Cake That Is More Than 2 Layers With The Flavours That Contain Whipped Cream Or Cream Cheese Frosting Will Have To Choose The Alternative Of Buttercream Or Ganache Instead To Ensure Stability.

For Example... A Red Velvet Cake That Requires More Than 2 Cake Layers Will Have To Have Buttercream Or Ganache Instead Of It's Original Cream Cheese Frosting.
